About Juli
Juli is a Realtor® and is the Director of Home Sales and Community Liaison for Dovetail Companies. She is a Certified Senior Advisor®, a Certified Health Coach, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, and a Sellers Representative Specialist.
Juli is an expert in marketing, planning, and communications and has worked in the fields of real estate, housing, and community development for more than 23 years, focusing much of her professional life on organizations committed to neighborhood revitalization, homes for those with special needs, homeowner education, and financial coaching.
Juli is a specialist in working with older adults, helping them transition from their long-time homes to their next home (often in independent or assisted living or in one-level condominiums). Through Dovetail Companies she can offer her clients a full suite of downsizing and relocation services including Move Management, Bridge Loan Services, and Care Management for older adults.
Her approach to supporting her clients combines warmth, humor, experience, patience, and a commitment to straightforward and consistent communication to help you feel truly supported.
Juli is a life-long resident of the South Shore of Massachusetts. She grew up in Quincy and spent childhood summers at her family cottage in Plymouth. Growing up in the bungalow her great-grandparents built-in 1929 sparked her passion for houses and the richness of family stories told through our homes. Today, Juli lives with her husband, Rod, their two college students, their whippet, Louie, and Juli’s mom, Jane, in their multi-generational home in Pembroke, MA.
